This is my first mock up of the cover of my magazine. As I haven't taken my photographs yet, I decided to use similar ones from the internet. I decided to use a cover of Kerrang! as a template as I liked the layout and think it would work well for my magazine.
I aim to match certain colours with what the lead of the band is wearing. Eg. Turquoise top, turquoise outlines etc.
This is my first mock up of my contents page. I haven't quite decided where I'm putting the preview images yet, but I have my main feature image and where it should be.
This in the mock up of my double page spread. I plan to have an interesting quote highlighted from the main article and a few little pictures from the photo shoot.
